Priest - Added Skill: Pain Spike (240828)
A custom Shadow Priest rotation has been designed with the following output logic:
Out of combat: Maintain Power Word: Fortitude and Inner Fire, dispel diseases
1. Maintain self-cast Shadow Word: Pain (unaffected by multiple Shadow Priests in raid)
2. When target is boss: Maintain self-cast Vampiric Touch (unaffected by multiple Shadow Priests in raid)
3. Use Pain Spike during Mind Flay downtime or when idle
4. Use Mind Blast during Mind Flay downtime or when idle
5. Maintain 2-tick Mind Flay
